Children

We have two Neals in my neighborhood, the one who just had his pasni and a slightly older one who is walking age. The parents of the older Neal brought me to the pasni and I took pictures and videos of him too. His mom just told me that she sent them to her parents (in India) and they were thrilled. He was so thrilled that night to be introduced to mango lassi. It was clearly the most wonderful substance he'd ever tasted and for part of it he held his arm out like he was calling for the waiter to bring him more. 

Tonight I saw these children and was surprised they were barefoot. Children are never allowed to be barefoot anymore. I don't know what he is fascinated by but I thought it made the picture more interesting and also kept their faces out of the picture. Since they aren't my children it isn't my place to put their faces online. (There was an adult male nearby so don't worry that they are abandoned to wander past church playgrounds.)
