Today’s activity - just what I needed.
WI excursion - riverboat trip from Runnymede to Windsor (allowing 3 hours to shop/mooch in between). Collected my friend at 10 and by 10:30 parked, boat left at 11 (tad late due to late comers). Encountered a couple of locks on the way up - this meant that the roof of the boat had to be lowered! (See extras)

Lunch at Browns followed by “window shopping” - we were very restrained and only purchased a well earned ice cream cone. :)

Return trip, although whilst waiting to board heard from mums care home, GP had visited and advised that she is now for end of life care :(. A quiet return trip, lots of things going round in my head ......

Dropped my friend back home then headed up the M3 to AJ’s flat as she has a hospital appointment tomorrow - feels strange being at hers without her ....
