Finger food

While Euan was having his tea tonight, Rhona enjoyed a rusk. She licked it, sucked it, gummed it and squished it between her fingers and by the time she was done it was considerably smaller. Alot of it ended up all over her face and hands, but she seemed to enjoy it more than the spoonfuls of baby rice in the mornings.

Today we woke up at 7 to an empty side of the bed where Daddy sleeps. He left for the airport at 4.30 this morning and it was a very sleepy goodbye from Rhona and I and Euan slept through. His flights are booked back on the 23rd Dec so hopefully nothing changes and he is home for Christmas!

Did some shopping in town today so my Christmas shopping is atleast started now. I saw somewhere it is only 40 days to go!
