View from the Bridge....

Maisie and I took another long walk early this morning. I captured this view of the upper Taylor River whilst standing on the Meadowbank Station Bridge. The tree covered with white blossoms on the left bank is called Tree Lucerne, or Tagasaste and birds love the nectar. It flowers in late winter and has a delicate perfume.
Our Suzuki XL7 was driven away by its new owner, a friend of ours, this afternoon. I will miss that vehicle but it is time for a change.
