Flying high

Just had to share this one when I found it on my computer. I took this photograph while flying a Robinson helicopter from Christchurch to Rotorua in New Zealand.

One of my most favourite things was flying.
I had a great battle try and gain my license.
I suffer from dyslexia reading and writing does not come naturally. This made the theory side of flying extremely difficult for me especially with exams.
Flying I found was a piece of cake and I went solo with just 10 hours in a Robinson 22.
Unfortunately I was unable to finish all the exams. I only had to two go and things seems to stacked against me.
This did not stop me I went on to fly many different types of aircraft from ultralight's to paragliders. I still wish I could have made a career flying helicopters they are truly a magnificent machine I have a great passion for flying.
Now I find myself on the ground wishing I was in the air.
