Mid morning stroll

Productive meeting in the morning then dealings with a ridiculously rude gentleman who was really old enough to know not to behave like a total dick. Unfortunately he was reluctant to have his picture taken. He does however have two degrees... not sure what point he was trying to prove with this. He's a well qualified asshole maybe?
