Where Did You Get That Hat?

When I see or hear those words, I think of Stanley Holloway. I was quite surprised to discover that the song was composed and first performed by Joseph J. Sullivan at Miner's Eighth Avenue Theatre, New York City, in 1888 (Wikipedia).
