Sightseeing

I had a fun day with these two seeing some of the sights of Berlin. I think Kiera would rather I just did my own thing, but she's putting up with me. My back is still painful, so I'm having to be really careful how I move! ( Imagine being with your friend in a cool city, having your mother in tow and she's walking like a snail!)
We got a bit lost on a couple of occasions, once heading towards a station of the same name as the street we were staying on which was across the other side of the city??!
I met up with Rafi at his hotel and took him out to a cafe for a catch up. He's in good spirits and looks well. He admitted that he wasn't really missing me which is the best news I could have heard! The hotel he's staying at is great and bustling with athletes from other countries all in their own kit.
Race day tomorrow, but he's told me that for his race they are only giving a gold medal, and he's up against the world record holder! As long as he feels he's run good race, that's the main thing. We'll be cheering him on with our flags waving!
