Using stuff up......
......half a red onion and half a yellow pepper left over from yesterday, 2 tomatoes that were a bit on the squishy side, a couple of rashers of bacon and some mushrooms that I inherited from some neighbours who were emptying their fridge before going on holiday, some chives and a courgette from the bottom of their garden (all perfectly legal, I've been awarded picking rights while they're away!), cooked in the final dregs of a bottle of olive oil and the last squirt of a tube of garlic puree......the question now is whether to have it with pasta or a baked potato. Either way the total cost is less than 50p......oh yes, see my sustainable/biodegradable halo shine today ;-)
