Mphompha Forestry Project under WfZ

We were in Mphompha Area in Rumphi district. In this area, many people are very much interested in the forest project as many people have got their own big free land where they can plant thousands of trees. 
 
Within the area, we have a man Golden Chirwa who is assisting us in delivering of seeds, polythene tubes and monitoring all this himself and so far 645,000 pine seeds are sown and in tubes with over 46 Clubs within the area.
 
Now this time we went to visit all the clubs mainly to see how the work is going on where seeds and polythene tubes have been delivered. So among all these 46 clubs we managed to visit 9 clubs due to time as many clubs are far from each other and soon we will go back to visit the remaining clubs.

REMARKS
It was a very interesting to visit as many clubs which we visited are busy filling tubes, sowing and transplanting seedlings into filled tubes. Many people thanks WfZ for the provision of free seeds and polythene tubes which is a great help as all this time they were willing to plant trees but they were falling to plant because they had nowhere to get seeds and polythene tubes. Now they are very happy with the coming of WfZ  in the area  with this tree planting project and they wish it should not last soon. They wish WfZ long life.
