2308 - drinks for the thirsty

Healthy options.

All recipes to 1,5 liters

Left: Mint / Chia seed water
1,5 table spoons of Chia seeds and 3 mint tee bags / fresh mint.
Let the mint absorb - keep in fridge - drink!

Middle: Lemon/ Chia seed water
1,5 table spoons of Chia seeds and fresh lemon juice of 4 lemons
 (I kept the fruit in the mix, I don't mind)
Add sweetener if needed.
Mix (- keep in fridge -) drink!

Right: Kiwi/ Chia seed water
1,5 table spoons of Chia seeds and 3 crushed kiwis
Mix (- keep in fridge -) drink!

Mint is still absorbing, the rest taste good!

And yes, it's still very hot in here. Thunders around us. We got few drops. Ground not even wet. Well, hopefully it will freshen the air like last time. Don't know yet.
