hummingbird cupcakes

Had to improvise a bit as forgot to buy something.

1-2 bananas
225 g crushed pineaple
1 dl crushed pecan nuts
1/2 dl coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla sugar
125 g butter
2 1/2 dl sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 dl flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

175 °C/25 min

150 g Philadelphia cheese (forgot this, replaced with lemon juice:)
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
75 g butter
250g icing sugar
