Up, Up and Away

I managed to find a suitable spot to lurk near Luton Airport this afternoon before picking up daughter and family from their week on the Costa del Sol.  They were later out of the airport that they hoped as getting through passport control took over an hour!  I  have all that to look forward to when we go out to Spain in just over a week's time.
I found a slip road to park on for a while which was right under the take-off path, so able to get some reasonable shots - even if not very exciting.  Using the Flight Radar app on my phone I knew which plane was next as well as what it was and where it was going - interesting!
