Kitchen politics

The flashgun I ordered for my new project still had not arrived today so it was back to the pop up flash, covering it with tissue paper. I find it all rather exciting and strange that after years of avoiding the use of flash altogether I all of a sudden get hooked on it. I also feel I am learning quite a bit about how to engage with the person I am photographing to get the shot that I feel reflects them.
