Souter Lighthouse

Took L to school then drove down to Sunderland to our production facility for a day of meetings re product development.

I was staying at the Grand Hotel Seaview and had a great room with a great sea view. Glad I booked that room.

Went for a 10km run up the coast to Souter Lighthouse which is exactly 5km from the hotel so nice 10km round route.

Had a quick gym session too.

Met colleagues for beers then a Ruby Murray to round off the day.
