Remembrance Sunday. I know it pees people off enormously that the traffic is stopped for the best part of an hour what with the parade and then the 'chat' at the crossroads (here) but, you know what, stuff 'em. Let em bloody wait.

This is Kirky's own 'Geraldine' doing her thang, god bless her. We also had a piper from the Les Dawson Academy. I know, I sound like a right cynic but no, I'm not. I was very moved, to tears almost but I reigned it in.

I did laugh though when the dog with the couple beside me started 'singing' to The Last Post. Sweet.
