Beach walk

Tired this morning after late nights and yesterday’s run. Back muscles are sore as I’m not used to doing upper body stuff anymore. Spent the morning packing and giving Kilda a bath. Managed to give Kilda a haircut in the afternoon to prevent her getting matted while we are away. As it was just a trim it didn’t take long. Took her for a run on the beach this afternoon as a treat before going home for tea. Headed out for our first Fringe show this year. Best of Scottish comedy. Glad the last act was much better than the first too or it wouldn’t say much for Scottish comedy.
