I was curious to see this boat in the river mouth today, and not in the marina.  When I got home and could read what was on the boat, all was explained :  RoundBritainRow.  Andy Hodgson is attempting the first solo rowing circumnavigation of Britain in aid of Mind and RNLI.  He started in mid May, from London, rowing clockwise.
