Hunstanton
Rather heavy rain this evening so I had it in mind to photograph the amusements at Hunstanton, in full swing this bank holiday, with their pretty lights and a moody broody sky behind as contrast.
During the drive out there the sky opened up with some pleasing colour, and we still have the man-made lighting in the amusement building, slot machines on the ground floor and I think you can just make out the ten pin bowling alleys on the top floor; more easily seen in high resolution mode.
The spire on the horizon belongs to St Botolph's Church in Boston across The Wash. Boston is a contraction of Botolph's Town which is a bit of a mouthful.
