The flooring from Marco’s Leisure Centre squash court #1 is now safely stacked in the timber shelving. We shove industrial racking into the space it used to occupy in the packing shed. And we stash whiteboards and poster boards in the rafters. There’s plenty to fill the floor space that frees up.

I cook up lamb flank, bulgur wheat, and vegetables. We drink a bottle of Leffe and watch Mean Streets.
