Lotus Pond

Afraid I am blipping another lotus flower for this weeks Flower Friday.

Joined an aqua aerobics class for the first time this morning at our local health club. I was very nervous about whether I could keep up , after all I am waiting for knee replacement.
I need not have worried. One of the first questions I heard was:” Have you got any spare bits ?”

There are those of us who are walking around with spare bits ” and those who are waiting for “ spare bits”.
