Welcome to Newport????

So, driving into Newport today...where I live...I spied this boat with flowers in it.....a great novel idea....lol...as to why??...it's beyond me...hehe
Many things have been used in the past to house flowers.....
Cars, baths, toilets, boots, you name it...lol
It's just funny seeing it in the town where you live...lol.....x
