Don't you love those eyes??

We were given two LIVE crayfish last night, so cooked them up and had them for lunch today. Can't say that I really enjoyed it, but luckily my Mum and Dad were staying last night, and they LOVE crayfish, so was a bit of a treat for their visit.

We've had a bit of a wet day today - which is ideal if you are a farmer. Even with all that rain last month, the ground was starting to crack from the sun and wind that we have had over the past few weeks. This wee bit of rain will keep the grass growing a wee bit longer - hopefully until the next lot arrives.

I am totally overwhelmed at all the messages, stars and hearts that you gave me on my 200th blip yesterday. It made top spot on Spotlight today. In the past 24 hours, I have had 879 views on my journal - it was simply amazing! So thanks a heap - it has been a great 200 days, and I look forward to blipping with you all over the next 200.
