Cattails in the sunlight
Thursday
The day came in with a hard frost, as most other mornings this week, but the sun soon started to warm things up, so by the time I got out for my walk at Sharon Woods mid-morning, it was still cool, but not unpleasantly so. I blipped several things on my walk - reflections in the still water of the lake, an American Robin, some huge fungus growing on a log, amongst others, but I finally decided to go with the cattails at the edge of the lake - I liked the way the sunlight was catching them. This afternoon was housework, then this evening handbell practice.
