Quickie pic of Tom this morning making a pizza. He made it all from scratch including the base. He always makes a bit of a mess when he's cooking but he certainly loves doing it. He put loads of topping on - onions, sliced peppers, mushrooms, half cooked smoked bacon, and a few sticks of peperami ( all the things he likes). He went out into the garden with me and picked fresh oregano and then topped the whole thing with a generous layer of grated cheddar cheese and sprinkled it with black pepper. It was delicious.

The boys are all back at school next week so we won't see them again for a while. Always slightly sad when their big summer holiday is over.
