Fairbourne

Back blipping, seemingly forever


Fairbourne miniature railway.  Very lovely.

Except for the weather.

That was blowy and soggy.

We tried to sit in the outdoor carriages.

Dave the Fireman twinkled at us and told us it was blowing a gale at the Ferry End.

Since we were not deterred, he offered that if we waved our hands, he would ask the driver to stop so we could move to one of the covered carriages.

Our relocation was fairly swift!

But overall the outing was definitely a success :-)
