Rafi on the loose!

We we allowed to take Rafi out for the day as he's now finished competing! Enjoyed a boat tour in the morning and a wander round Berlin in the afternoon. Rafi has been eating healthily in preparation for his race, so we all had a nice burger for dinner in place close to his hotel. I found it so interesting seeing the athletes from different countries ( all in their team kit) wandering around the area, amputees, little people, visually impaired etc. I think it's great that they are sharing a hotel, it's a really positive atmosphere.
