Life begins at........

Tonight was my dad's 50th birthday party, that's him on the left as you might have guessed. On the right is my wee brother Ross who will be 17 in a couple of weeks.

I chose this photo mainly cos Stealthbadger hasn't seen my brother in years and I'm sure she'll be surprised at how grown up he looks.

The party itself went well - my dad thought there was half a dozen family members coming over when actually there was about 30 people, booze a plenty, and a sizeable cake. I bought him the hat as a joke present, for his proper present Ross and I split the cost of a Ferrari driving experience which went down very well.

I think there will be some serious hangovers tomorrow!
