Kilroy Was Here
There was another possibility for today's blip, but even though Mstr 5's mischievous joy in that one is great, I like the simplicity and spontaneity of this (being the first of the 'peeking-from-behind-the-seat' photo-ops the kids gave me).
Bigger mischief here.
We went in to the city today. Mrs tsuken was meeting a couple of old school friends, and I suggested we take the kids in, and I'd amuse them while she met with her friends. Train trip in was ... interesting; lunch was not eaten; playground was much enjoyed. Train trip home shall not be spoken of ever again. xP
Out of the train window though, I spied some oddly amusing things, including graffiti that read: "Don't go home, she knows." - Somewhat disturbing, I thought. ;-) There was also a sign that said: "Danger. No safe place." - A bit disconcerting, really....
I will also mention that I was rather pleased with Miss 6's behaviour waiting her turn with the flying fox, and a big swing contraption. She was very polite and good - to the point that I think more than a few rude little beggars pushed in front of her. No complaints from her; she just waited, got on when her spot (or the spot she'd been pushed into) came around, and enjoyed the hells out of what she had been waiting for. 8)
