A good lunch and afternoon with Hervé. Spider crab as an appetizer, peach crumble as a dessert. In between, homemade veal paupiettes (sausage meat rolled into escalopes, braised in butter for a few minutes then cooked in a medium-heated oven) with mushrooms cooked in a mixed white wine/cider/fresh cream sauce, with rice.

There's a bit of everything left! :-D
