Evening Primrose

A set of extension tubes arrived yesterday to use with my Olympus - I do love tree way these can get so tight into the subject, although focusing needs to be accurate. Today I added them on to my 60mm macro and focused on a flower head from an Evening Primrose. Different lenses react in different ways so it will interesting to experiment. 

Also today we made a visit to IKEA as the covers of our conservatory sofas need replacing. This was sorted quite quickly but we then decided to also buy some things for the motor home which we should pick up in a few weeks' time. At the moment we're keeping purchases to the minimum and wait to see what else we need; our plan is to go away immediately we've got the motor home to try it out
