Pyynikki Circuit Memorial

The Pyynikki Circuit is a former Street Circuit in the Finnish town of Tampere. The circuit was a 3.608km long clockwise circuit in a park in the district of Pyynikki. The road races were known as Pyynikin ajot and were first run in 1932. The last race in Pyynikki was held in 1971 - after 34 annual races the tradition was ended because of safety reasons.

Pyynikki Circuit memorial has been organised in 1991, 2000 & 2015 - and this year again! Me and hubby went to Pyynikki to see two starts.

Emma returned from Tallink Tournament in the evening with many bruises. Their team's ranking was 5/6. Unfortunately six talented players from last year's team has either moved to another basketball club or ended their career.
