Bowness on Windermere

- teeming with tourists on an August Bank Holiday weekend.  To avoid the rain we went to see a screening of Mamma Mia 2 at the Royalty Cinema in Bowness. Pleased to see this old cinema is still showing films, it opened in 1927.  If this was Tunbridge Wells they would have knocked it down years ago. The film got marginally better as it progressed. Good performance by Lily James though, she carried the film
