Special occasion calls for a special treat and what better way to do it than lunch involving a steam train.

The train that pulled the carriages where we ate our lunch was the Clan Line one of the Merchant Navy Class Pacific line. The train is operated by a dedicated group of volunteers who work to keep this lovely piece of engineering operating so people can enjoy days out like we had here.
