More pollution

A delightful Sunday indeed, despite the bad pollution. 

Fantastic church service, challenging message, and good fellowship after too.  Ben missed church today as his cold is really bad and he really didn't feel up to playing his bass.  And we thought it better he rest before surgery tomorrow.

We did make it down to the beach again, and were joined by some visitors who are passing through. It was extremely pleasant temperature-wise, but not so pollution-wise, as you can see from this pic.

Ready for a new week, and pilates first thing in the morning, after a loooooonnnng break!
