Over Exposed

A bit of playing around tonight, everything was late, i thought I had a meeting no  not tonight so I went for a run with our Temuka group tonight a nice very easy 6k  at a very slow 7 min pace at one stage I thought I was walking, but it was about Sharon and Glenda to night and preparing them for their next 1/2 Marathon. These two ladies have done so well it is quite inspiring and both are 60+
