Hotel view

Early start this morning as the alarm went off at 2.30am. Arrived at the airport with plenty of time and had to wait for check in to open. Flight to Amsterdam went well and we only had a short wait till the connecting flight to Quito. Long 11 hour flight but managed to get 3 films watched. The new Blade Runner film, which was good, Red Sparrow that was OK and the awful Avengers infinity wars. Glad we paid the extra for the bigger seats in economy. Only got a few hours catnaps on the flight so was knackered when we arrived in Ecuador. Interesting drive to the hotel through the valleys and hills. Nice hotel when we got there. Went out for a bit of a walk around to get the body clock set before meeting up with G&N. They arrived a couple of days ago. Went out for dinner and a few drinks before going to bed early. Well we had been up for 24 hours by then.
