On the bright side

A return visit this evening to the ortho Dr to see how my wrist is doing. Happily he is pleased with the progress and has reduced my medication. Turns out that in addition to reducing the pain killers he has now stopped the corticosteroid!

Rather a lost in translation moment as I had NO idea that’s what one of the course of tablets was :-0
I am hoping wondering if they could have contributed to the weight gain I have experienced despite my somewhat amended diet. Ahem
