Passengers
We "popped" into Kathmandu today to get the first of three rabies jabs. There are loads of dogs everywhere and after being nipped by a little yappy thing we though we should take the hint and get vaccinated!
The mini buses really are mini, I struggle to get in and out of them. And once in you are generally wedged in good and proper! Despite not being able to read where they are going we managed ok by asking people. All good fun. We shall see if it is still fun in five months time!
We met our two friends who are trying to help us find a flat, they are great but we aren't getting as far as we would like. We start work tomorrow (on a Sunday!) and will have less time to search. I am not worried though, something will turn up sooner or later.
Note on the picture: The lads are very touchy feely here. It is not uncommon to see them holding hands and draping their arms over each other while they walk down the street.
