Rain battered

We have been at the golf club today for an eightieth birthday party. There is a very good chef at the golf club so we dined well, with a buffet table for a starter, a carvery and then a luscious selection of desserts. For a gift, we took a bottle of the raspberry liqueur from our visit last Monday. I hope the birthday girl will be impressed!
The pretty red begonia is still flowering, but looks a bit sad after yesterday's rain.
