A rose by any other name...

...would smell the same. For some reason I am into posting photos of roses the past couple days. Also taken with my Leica 75mm f1.4 lens. This lens renders almost anything photographed magical. Leica stopped making it in the mid-2000s, but still can find good copies available used from time to time, but now at a premium due to scarcity and how wonderful the glass is. I was lucky to find one used that is in pristine condition, and it is my favorite lens to use - it is especially wonderful for portraits. Hope you enjoy this and my previous rose photo.

On this one, it is almost impossible to capture the precise "redness" since it is almost luminescent.
