Monday

Fungus on a tree in the park today. Quite impressive. 

I made it through Monday. It has made a difference with the older children now at school, we have less children. Tomorrow is busier though. 
I struggled a bit with the constant chatter and noise, and found it at times hard to be chatty and upbeat.

I cancelled PT tonight, just no way I could have done it . I am exhausted, my body is so sore. My friend went this afternoon instead, and we'll catch up later.
