Meeting and greeting

My oldest chum - we’ve been friends since we were 13 - comes back very regularly to the UK from her home in Canada to visit her elderly mum. Whenever possible I drive to meet her at the airport and we have a good catch-up during her visit. So this morning’s trip was a fun Bank Holiday foray via the M25 to Heathrow. It wasn’t bad, actually. Where was all the usual traffic?
