Geocaching

R has got into more complicated geocaches like this one where you have to answer questions about for example the names and dates on a war memorial then you enter the coordinates from those answers and go and find the geocache.

J took his day on a Dementia Adventure holiday today on a boat. I have so much admiration for J being willing to do it. Its going to be a looooong and hard 5 days. I got rather emotional saying goodbye to them knowing that the next time I see my f-i-l he more than likely won't have a clue who I am. And he has been a very good and kind f-i-l to me. It's easy to forget when you get caught up with all the hard work aspects of who he is now.
