Arnside and a sailing boat on the shore with the viaduct behind. The cafe we usually buy coffee at is closed on Tuesdays. We passed another which I don't recall seeing before (probably me being unobservant) but it didn't appear to be open either. No wonder there was a long queue at the bakers. So, a shorter than usual wander then off to Sizergh Castle. 

No problem getting coffees there and afterwards a wander up towards Sizergh Fell. A Highland cow in a gateway on the route and then another appearing beyond the gate (second and third extras) made us decide not to venture any further.
