Haddock and chips.

One of our favourite meals, breaded haddock, home made oven chips, peas, lemon and mayonnaise. However since my Coeliac diagnosis I can’t have the lovely golden breadcrumbs that Mr B’s fish is coated with. Mine is coated with egg and breadcrumbs I made with gluten free bread, it’s just not the same but it tasted lovely, but not as good as Mr B’s.
