Wearable pine cone

We spotted a whittled down pine cone that my mom decided would make a nice pin, so she stuck it into a button hole.

Seeing a pile of branches on the ground later she said, "They chopped off their heads." There's generally something you can trace back to the cue for her thoughts: wood < chop < heads.
