Shaggy flower

Another walk by the Bow river today. It was a much warmer afternoon and we went further along the river than yesterday plus I have done two walks with the family dog. We don’t take her on the long walks with us because there is just too much traffic around. We saw this chap fly fishing in the river, see extra and the Canadian geese were enjoying their own territory. I don’t know what this flower is but it’s my entry for Tiny Tuesday.
