Ronald McDonald

McDonald's not a fine food restaurant, but one that has survived the test of time. I remember what a thrill it was to go as a kid. It was so amazing to see that sign "Over one Million Served." Then a few years later it was "Millions Served." Later, after my service overseas, I noticed one day it said "Over a Billion Served."

Today, it's "Billions and Billions Served." Remember when a million was unimaginable?

This was shot outside The Ronald McDonald House near Stanford. This building was funded by McDonalds to house families whose children have life threatening diseases while they are getting treatment. I did some volunteer photography once upon a time to capture memories for families and children. It was tough work.

Good for McDonalds, (good fries too).
