Street corner snapshot

I have spent the day at the MEDEF conference being held st a business school campus just outside Paris.

MEDEF is the largest French business organisation and its annual event is massively attended. I spoke immediately after the French Prime Minister ( he is my extra picture , taken from my seat ) and there was keen interest in Scotland’s position with regard to Brexit as well as in building an already strong relationship.

I left the event mid evening and eventually had a brief late dinner in a warm and thundery Paris. Walking back to my hotel I glimpsed this splash of colours in the Place de L’Opera where , they say, if you stand for an hour you will see the whole world go by .

It was certainly busy !
